About Dropshot Coffee

Dropshot Coffee is a South Florida–based mobile espresso bar offering professional coffee cart catering for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Martin County.
We started Dropshot out of a genuine passion for quality coffee and well-executed events. We saw an opportunity to bring higher café standards to wedding coffee bars and corporate event catering — without sacrificing professionalism or efficiency.
Too often, event coffee looks great but lacks consistency. We built something different: a clean, intentional setup supported by properly dialed-in espresso, balanced drinks, and trained baristas who understand both coffee and event flow.
The goal isn't to be flashy. It's to serve something worth remembering.

The All-Inclusive Package
The full experience. Up to 200 guests. 3 hours. 2 baristas.
Perfect for large corporate events, grand weddings, sporting events, conferences, and other high-volume gatherings. This package includes a full-service espresso bar including hot and cold drinks, classic syrups (vanilla, caramel, mocha), 2 non-classic syrups of your choosing, 2 signature drinks, branding on cart and cups.
The Dropshot Signature Package
Our most popular package. Up to 125 guests. 2 hours. 1-2 baristas.
Designed for larger celebrations and events. Includes full espresso bar with hot and cold drinks, whole milk and oat milk, classic syrups (vanilla, caramel, mocha), and 2 signature drinks.
The Classic Package
Perfect for intimate celebrations. Up to 75 guests. 2 hours. 1 barista.
Ideal for bridal showers, birthdays, engagement parties, or smaller corporate events. Guests enjoy a full espresso bar featuring hot and cold drinks, classic syrups (vanilla, caramel, mocha).
The Custom Build
Looking for something specific? Skip the pre-set packages and build your own coffee experience from the ground up. This a la carte model allows you to hand-pick your guest count, service duration, and menu essentials. You dream it up, and we'll handle the caffeine.
